My LO is almost 17 months and she started daycare at 13 months. We fed her breakfast before sending her off but in order to have her eat, get all of us ready for work/daycare, and out the door on time, it meant that WE ALL woke up at 5:30am.
I got up to shower and get dressed. While I was doing that, my husband woke up LO and fed her breakfast. When I was done getting ready, I would take over breakfast and get her changed while my husband got showered and dressed. Then it was a mad dash to get everyone out the door by 6:30am (for my husband to drop off LO and then catch the train to work and for me to head into work early to avoid crazy traffic). It's hectic. And exhausting.
ETA: And yeah, because of this schedule, our weekends are very similar - we all get up at around 6-6:30am.
